A former President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Dipo Fasina, who was earlier declared missing, has been found. Naija News understands that Fasina was missing for about a week. The former ASUU boss, who has been missing since 1 July 2023, is reported to have been travelling to Algeria at the invitation of the Algerian government when he missed his connecting flight from Istanbul, Turkey. Giving an update, the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) confirmed on Sunday that he has been found.

The National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, has said he is willing to work with the 2023 presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNP), Rabiu Kwankwaso.
