Well, this is yet to be seen in Africa. Here are the highest paid African presidents, according to Jeune Afrique and My Wage:
11. Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi - President of Egypt earns $70,400 (KSh 7,175,485) per year.
10. John Dramani Mahama - President of Ghana gets $76,000 (KSh 7,746,262) annually - excluding allowances and other benefits.

9. Paul Kagame - President of Rwanda
Kagame is listed as the second highest paid president in East Africa after Kenya's Uhuru Kenyatta. He earns $85,000 (KSh 8,663,583) per year.
8. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf - President of Liberia
Sirleaf gets about $90,000 (9,173,205) per year.
